IMS Real Estate visited MIPIM 2008

19th International real estate exhibition MIPIM 2008 had a place in French Cannes during 11th-14th of March 2008. IMS Real Estate, Member of IMS Group participated in this event at the second time, but as the exponent participant was firstly.

IMS Real Estate represented three investment projects to international community: Club-house complex “Livadiyskyi” in Oreanda, Big Yalta, Crimea; Shopping and entertainment centre, Zaporozhye; Cottage village, Kiev suburb and also represent ourselves as the professional developer in Ukrainian real estate market.


During the exhibition IMS Real Estate came in direct business contacts with potential target investors and buyers, found financial partners and also mended up partnership relations with leading real estate specialists.

In view of the results of MIPIM visit we could said with certainty that our company achieved stated purposes and tasks.
