IMS Real Estate is a shareholder in Yeditepe, a highly professional construction company successfully operating on the Ukrainian and Turkish markets. The projects implemented by Yeditepe include:
- Karasan hotel complex and Albatros hotel in the Crimea;
- a residential complex in Kyiv;
- Metallurg stadium reconstruction project, Dnipropetrovsk;
- automobile showroom building in Kyiv.
Within the partnership with Yeditepe, the IMS Group carries out works at all stages of project development, from the investment evaluation to the commissioning of objects.
